Festival & Production Catering
We design our menus around the special requirements of each production. We consider every aspect of service, from morning juicing stations to dressing room hospitality.
Stop by our kitchen and you will find classically trained chefs hand-rolling bagels, braising beef, sautéing seasonal vegetables, and more. We prepare all of our meals in house, allowing us total control over flavors and presentation.
